Once the product leaves our warehouse, we ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery.

Domestic Shipments:

If you haven’t received your package or your order is showing delivered, please follow the provided steps:

  1. Please allow 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered. Shipping carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later time frame. If the package still has not arrived after the 5th business day, please reach out to, as our customer service team can further assist you.
  2. If your package is deemed lost in transit or can not be located, please contact us via email at and we can further assist you.

    **Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages.

    International shipments:

    International shipments can take up to 30-45 business days to be delivered. We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy.

    Do you ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address?

    Yes, however transit times can take up to 45 business days.

    Incorrect Address:

    Once an item ships we can no longer update your shipping address. Please reach out to the respective carrier, USPS or FedEx, to change your address.
